BioInterested in someone boring like me? I won't let anything personal go, save I'm male, but here's some information you might be interested in:
For politics, I am relatively moderate and innately distrustful of all politicans, but I love all things military. I have friends on both sides of the whole "right-left" spectrum, and many fall in the middle. I try to avoid thinking in terms of right and left, but rest assured I support science and technology, and transhumanist applications of such devices. The universe is apathetic to humans, and rather than wait for a meteor to hit us, I say we colonize the galaxy. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Likewise, since I'm a biomedical engineer, it's only natural I advance my own economic self interest with respect for others' own rights. As for religion, I am an unapologetic deist. If you don't know what that means, it's essentially "God's the man, don't be a jerk." You don't need more complicated theology than that. But hey, whatever philosophy works for you.
As for hobbies, I enjoy martial arts, particularly aikido and Brazilian jujitsu. I enjoy biking, running, physics, martial arts, writing, roleplaying, debating, politics, wargaming, philosophy, reading, engineering, deism, and sociology. If you're also interested in any of above, or just want to flame me, feel free to do so.
